EASYFO has a system to send emails through the Google service system (Gmail) free of charge. Google will suspend (Less Secure App) from 30 May 2022 and EASYFO System must change the email delivery system from the old method to use the instead of Google (Gmail) service of 2 Step Verification and App Password or mail server of customers and training about HOW to Setup Email free form in EASYFO System.

เนื่องจากอีซี่โฟ มีระบบการส่งอีเมลผ่านบริการของ Google (Gmail) โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายมาโดยตลอด แต่เนื่องจากทาง Google จะระงับการให้บริการ (Less Secure App) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม 2565 เป็นต้นไป จึงต้องมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบการส่งอีเมลจากโปรแกรม โดยปรับการใช้บริการ Google (Gmail) แบบยืนยัน 2 ขั้นตอน และรหัสผ่านแอป หรือใช้ Mail server ของลูกค้า รวมทั้งแนะนำการตั้งค่าอีเมลในโปรแกรมอีซี่โฟ แบบที่ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
